Nederhouser Community Hall

The Community Hall, named after TOPS first director, Orval "Red" Nederhouser, is a beautiful rustic lodge on Lake Olander. It's perfect for weddings, corporate picnics, graduation parties, family reunions, & related functions.
Rental rates for Monday thru Thursday are $350 and $550 for Friday thru Sunday. The hall seats up to 160 people and must be vacated by 11 pm Friday and Saturday and 10 pm Sunday thru Thursday. Renters provide their own catering, alcohol, & decorations as well as a Certificate of Insurance for liability coverage. Alcohol is allowed in the community hall and adjacent deck, nowhere else in The Olander Park System.
Reservations for the Nederhouser Community Hall are accepted 13 months in advance.
