When can we ice skate and ice fish? TOP
When the ENTIRE lake is frozen to at least 8" thick. Green flags will fly when the ice is at this safe level. Red flags indicate that the ice is not safe. How much does it cost to rent a shelter or the Nederhouser Community Hall? TOP

Yes, we maintain the Southview Oak Savanna, Sylvan Prairie Park, Herr Road Property, Whetstone Park and Olander Park. What kind of boats do you rent at Olander Park? TOP
Paddleboats & Row Boats only. The two sailboats stored at Olander Park are not for rent or public use. Do you offer swimming? How much does it cost? TOP
The beach facility is open Memorial Day through Labor Day. Lifeguards are on duty at all times. Swim admission for a Sylvania School District resident is $2 per day, Non-residents are $4 per day. Is TOPS open on holidays? TOP
Yes and no. TOPS is open for all holidays except Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day. TOPS is open until noon on Christmas Eve & New Years Eve. We are open for normal business hours for all other holdiays including Memorial Day, Fourth of July and Labor Day. What are admission costs, swim fees, boat fees etc? TOP
